This Privacy Policy explains how the framepacer desktop application and framepacer.com handle information. framepacer is developed and published under the public name pacerio ("we," "us," or "our"). For privacy questions or requests concerning information we directly hold, contact pacerio@framepacer.com.

2. Desktop Application

framepacer processes limited Steam license, game, device, settings, and diagnostic information needed to operate. This information is kept locally on your PC and is not automatically sent to us. The application has no developer-operated advertising, analytics, telemetry, or automatic crash reporting.

Local information remains until it is removed by the application, the uninstall process, or you. Some information may remain after uninstalling and can be removed by deleting any remaining framepacer files.

3. Steam and Website Services

framepacer uses Steam for ownership checks and related platform features. The website uses hosting services and includes Steam and YouTube content. These providers may receive standard technical information and use cookies under their own policies. The website does not currently use first-party analytics or advertising trackers. 4. Support, Use, and Sharing

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. We use and retain information only as needed to provide framepacer, respond to support requests, operate and secure the website, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be handled by our platform, hosting, and email providers or disclosed when legally required. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent where requested, or legal obligations.

5. Your Rights and Security

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information we directly hold, including access, correction, or deletion. Contact pacerio@framepacer.com to make a request. We use reasonable security measures, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when framepacer, the website, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a revised date.
